Coordinated by his teachers, students who write about the subject on the inner walls of the school, draw cartoons and murals, equip school boards and walls with informative posters.

The students who wrote some of the school's pavements informed about the correct and incorrect use of the words in everyday life and some of the trees in the garden adorned the foreign words with their Turkish equivalents.

Students who have been using ladder and flowerpots in order to stimulate and reminisce words that have been decreasing in use day by day have distributed brochures to reach the wider masses. The students also shared the Turkic languages ​​of the words that were written in the blogs and social media accounts with the words that were wrong in writing and the words in the western languages ​​in Turkish.

"Our goal is to protect, develop and carry forward the next generation of Turkish"

Nebahat Bakırcan told AA correspondent that what they have read to the students is Hasan Bardar's "Secrets of Turkish" book on the test they have done, "What can you do to improve and protect the Turkish language?" said that the answer to the question started to form the progeny.

"The children used a lot of abbreviations especially in their phone correspondence, you see that only text with a quiet letter emerges, so I think this activity will be very good for them." With the beginning of the project, in our partner groups, the children began to alert each other and correct their speech. For example, when I say 9-H class up to now, they read the letter "H" in English, now they read in Turkish, they try to correct the mistakes they see outside, and I have observed that they are more informed about this topic. they did not know that it was a fifth language spoken and an imperial language, they learned it. "

"It is a source of pride to serve our slice"

As part of the project, the 9th grade student Ömer Faruk Kanbey, who was also a member of the project, wrote the correct Turkish usage of the words that were used in foreign languages ​​and the words used in foreign languages.

Pointing out that they have conducted interviews with tradesmen and distributed brochures to citizens, Kanbey pointed out that they received good returns from the events, saying:

"We realized that we were using too many foreign words while we talked about the project, and now we are starting to correct ourselves, we are paying more attention to using Turkish words, not only in spoken language but also foreign words in examinations.

We did not have much activity at the beginning of this project. Then we learned how beautiful and full of secrets our language is. Serving our tongue, doing something for our tongue is a source of pride for all of us. "
